Enterprise Inns plc (the "Company") appoints new Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Adam Fowle will be appointed as a new Non-Executive Director immediately following today's Annual General Meeting. He will also serve on the Remuneration, Nomination and Audit sub committees of the Board.

Adam has over 20 years' licensed retail experience. He is currently occupying the role of Chief Executive at Tesco Family Dining. He was previously Chairman of Bramwell Pub Company Limited and prior to that Chief Executive Officer of Mitchells & Butlers plc and retail director at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Limited. Adam has also held senior positions at Bass Leisure.

In Adam we have secured that. He brings substantial industry and service sector knowledge and expertise which further strengthens the Board".

Non-Executive Chairman of Bramwell Pub Company Limited, which entered into administration in October 2013.

In accordance with LR 9.6.15 the Company confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed in respect of Adam Fowle pursuant to LR 9.6.13
