Davis Service Group PLC13 May 2005 13 May 2005 The Davis Service Group Plc ("Davis" or "the Company") Appointment of Finance Director The Board of Davis is pleased to announce that Kevin Quinn has been appointedFinance Director of Davis with effect from 16 May 2005. Mr Quinn is 45, a Chartered Accountant and has held senior finance appointmentswithin Amersham plc between 1997 and 2004, when it was acquired by GE of theUnited States. He worked successfully on the integration of Amersham into GE.Prior to 1997, Mr Quinn was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, latterly as a Partnerin its Prague office. There are no disclosures required in respect of Kevin Quinn under paragraph6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
