BOARD CHANGE
The Board of Beale PLC ("Beale") announces that Neil Jones, Sales Director, left the Company and the Board on 7 November 2008. Neil Jones joined Beale in 2000 and the board in 2001. We would like to thank Neil for his contribution to the business and wish him well for the future.
The Board has resolved to operate with only three executive directors going forward. Earlier in the year the Board decided to reduce the number of non-executive directorships from three to two.
