IDOX PLC06 June 2006 Immediate Release IDOX plc ("IDOX" or the "Company") Management and Board Changes IDOX plc announces that Andrew Fraser has decided to step down from the positionof Chief Executive Officer and Director with immediate effect. Martin Brooks,Chairman, assumes the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. Martin Brooks said: "The Board thanks Andrew Fraser for his leading contribution to the growth ofthe business over the last 7 years taking the business revenue from just over£400k to over £14m in 2005. He has always demonstrated energy and commitment inthis task. We wish him every success in his new ventures." Nigel Oxbrow is founder and Managing Director ofTFPL Ltd which was acquired by IDOX in May 2004. He workedat the Financial Times between 1977 and 1988. Following this, Martin Brooksbecame Managing Director of Extel Financial Ltd, the City Information company,when it was part of United Newspapers, now United Business Media plc, where heinternationalised the business. He returned to the FT in 1993 on the FT'sacquisition of Extel, when he became a member of the FT Group Management Boardand founding Chief Executive of FT Information Ltd., now FT Interactive andcontinued there until 1998. In this position Martin Brooks grew revenues from£60million to £130 million in 4 years and trebled trading margins. More recently, he was appointed Chairman of IDOX in May 2005 and has held anumber of consultancy and interim assignments, as well as chairing thepublishing arm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Walesuntil 2002. Nigel Oxbrow is Managing Director of TFPL Ltd, the company he founded in 1987.TFPL specialises in the skills of knowledge, information and records management,in all sectors and provides consultancy, research, recruitment, executivesearch, conferences and training services. Nigel is a respected figure in theknowledge and information world and regularly advises clients on knowledgemanagement and management issues. He is currently involved in many knowledgemanagement forums, was a member of the British Standards Institution KnowledgeManagement Committee and is on the advisory committees of Leeds, Loughboroughand Long Island Universities.
