Brady plc (BRY.L), a leading global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy and commodities sectors is pleased to announce that Iain Greig, currently a non-executive Director ("NED") of the Company, has been appointed interim Chief Technology Officer ("CTO") with effect from 12 August 2019. During this appointment Iain will remain on the Board. It is anticipated that the interim assignment will be for a period of approximately six months.
Carmen Carey, CEO, commented: "Iain joined the Board as a NED on the 4th of March 2019 and has since then contributed an enormous amount of knowledge, experience and focus to the product and strategic review we initiated at that time. I am delighted Iain will be joining us on an interim basis to help drive the initiatives resulting from our strategic review and to support the recruitment of our permanent CTO."
