Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Company") - Board changes
Further to the announcements made by the Company on 17 December 2008 and 25 February 2009, the Company confirms the following Board changes and Director updates:
With effect from 25 February 2009, Simon Nixon has moved from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, a part time role in which he is focused on strategic innovation and development;
With effect from 25 February 2009, Peter Plumb has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company;
With effect from 23 February 2009, Graham Donoghue has been appointed an Executive Director of the Company; and
With effect from 23 February 2009, David Osborne has been appointed an Executive Director of the Company.
There are no details to disclose under LR 9.6.13 in relation to Graham Donoghue or David Osborne.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.11 and 9.6.14.
