Richard Moross to step down as Non-executive Director

Richard Moross has advised the Ladbrokes' Board that he will be stepping down as a non-executive director at this year's AGM. 

This means he will not seek re-election as a Director at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 5 May 2016 and Resolution 10, set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, will not now be put to the shareholders for approval.

Mr Moross will cease to be a Director with effect from 5 May 2016. 

Mr Moross joined the Board in 2012 and has decided to step down so that he can devote more time to his other commercial interests.
