BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Go-Ahead announces that after nine years on the Board Mr Christopher Collins will retire as a Non Executive Director on 23 October 2008 after the end of the annual general meeting.
The Board of Go-Ahead is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Allner to the Board as Non Executive Director with effect from 24 October 2008.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules it is confirmed that Mr Allner is currently a non-executive director of Northgate plc and Marshalls plc and prior to that was a director of RHM plc, Moss Bros Group plc and Enodis plc.
Commenting on the Board changes, Sir Patrick Brown, Chairman of the Board said "I would like to give particular thanks to Christopher Collins for all his efforts on behalf of the Group during his long tenure as a Non Executive Director. The Board will miss the wisdom, experience and humour which he brings to its deliberations. He has served shareholders well. I am naturally delighted that Andrew Allner has accepted our invitation to join the Board".

The group's aviation services division undertakes a wide range of ground handling and cargo services for airlines in the UK. The division includes Meteor Parking which is one of the largest parking companies in the UK.
