MITIE Group PLC03 October 2007 3 October 2007 MITIE Group PLC - Directorate Change In the MITIE Group PLC 2007 Annual Report it was announced that Colin Acheson,Director responsible for Engineering Services, would be retiring in March 2008. Divisional management responsibilities for MITIE Engineering Services have nowbeen successfully transitioned to its new Managing Director, Mike Tivey, who hasworked in the Engineering Services Division for over 13 years. Colin Acheson hastherefore now relinquished the chairmanship of MITIE Engineering Services andhas also resigned as a Director of MITIE Group PLC with effect from 3 October2007. Colin will continue to support the Engineering Services Division until hisretirement from MITIE in March 2008.
