Whitbread PLC10 January 2007 10 January 2007 WHITBREAD PLC Non Executive Director Change Whitbread today announced that Margaret Ewing will be stepping down from theBoard as a non-executive director on 31st July 2007 following her appointment asa Partner and Vice-Chairman at Deloitte. Margaret was appointed to the Boardin July 2005 and has chaired the Audit Committee since September 2005 Anthony Habgood, Whitbread's Chairman said, "We will miss Margaret'scontribution to the Board but understand that the opportunity with Deloitte willmean that she will not be able to continue with other public company roles.
