Man Group plc confirms that, further to the announcement of the appointment of Ruud Hendriks and Frederic Jolly, as non-executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1 August 2009 (see RNS number 6597U released on 29 June 2009), there are no details to disclose under paragraphs 9.6.13R (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules in relation to these appointments.
