Non-executive Director Appointment

The Board of Findel PLC ("Findel" or "Company") announces the appointment of William (Bill) Grimsey as a Non-executive Director of the Company.

Bill has had a distinguished career in the retail sector holding a variety of senior executive and non-executive roles with companies including Tesco, Kingfisher, Wickes and the Big Food Group. Most recently he was the non-executive chairman of Focus (DIY) Ltd.

Bill, who will take up his role on 1 March 2012, will sit on the audit & risk committee and the nomination committee of the Board.

David Sugden, Chairman of Findel, said:
