Appointment of Mr Robert Kirkby

The Board of the Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Robert Kirkby as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2021.

Mr Charles Clarke, Chairman, commented:

"I am very pleased to welcome Mr Kirkby to the Board. Robert is a former advisory partner at KPMG Channel Islands and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with a background as a business leader and a track record of establishing a business, growing revenue and building a dynamic team. He is a Jersey resident but has particular experience of, and a continued interest in, China and Hong Kong. Robert has a number of non-executive appointments including being Chair of Trustees of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, chairman of the audit committees of Digital Jersey Limited and StonehageFleming Family & Partners Limited and he is a director of VenCap Channel Islands Limited."

There are no disclosures required to be made for Mr Kirkby in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

Mr Kirkby does not currently hold any interests in any of the Company's securities.
