Directorate Change: Kerry Group Board Appointment
As announced in February, Mr Stan McCarthy who became Chief Executive of Kerry Group in January 2008, retired as Chief Executive on 30 September 2017 and will retire as Director of the Group at year end. On 1 October 2017, Mr Edmond Scanlon succeeded Mr Stan McCarthy as Chief Executive and joins the Board with immediate effect.
The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in relation to Rule 6.6.7(1) to (6) of the Irish Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
