Retirement of Directors

19th March 2018 - Falcon Media House (LSE:FAL), the global digital media group focused on the OTT video market, announces the retirement of Mr Richard Baker and Mr Edgar Wallner as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Mr Baker joined Falcon in June 2016 and has retired in order to concentrate on full-time responsibilities elsewhere.

Mr. Wallner, having joined the Board in October 2017, has retired for personal reasons. 

Speaking on the board changes, Falcon Chairman Mr Gert Rieder, commented, "We wish both Mr Baker and Mr Wallner well in their new endeavours and will work to find suitable replacements in the coming months."
