Intertek Group PLC01 May 2007 1 May 2007, 7.00am Board change Intertek announces that Raymond Kong is to retire as a non-executive director ofIntertek Group plc at the next Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 May 2007. Raymond was one of the founders of the Consumer Goods division over thirty yearsago which now operates in more than 35 countries around the world. He was ChiefExecutive of the Consumer Goods division until July 2006 and became a directorof the Company in May 2004.
