Board Changes
Mitchells & Butlers plc confirms that today Roger Carr has stepped down as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company and that Drummond Hall has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman.
It also confirms that Aaron Brown and Tim Smalley have today been formally appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Company.
The Company confirms that there is no further information about Aaron Brown and Tim Smalley requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
