Directorate Change

It is announced that with immediate effect, Stella David is joining the Board of HomeServe plc as a non-executive Director. Stella is currently Chief Executive Officer of William Grant & Sons having joined them in 2009 following more than fifteen years with Bacardi where she undertook a number of roles culminating in four years as Global Chief Marketing Officer. She also spent seven years as a non-executive Director at Nationwide Building Society.

There are no disclosures to be made under rule 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
