The Company confirms that Sir Robin Miller has stepped down as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2020.
Sir Robin served as the Chairman of the Board before serving as a non-executive director to support the incoming Chairman, Terry Back, who commented: "I am very grateful for Robin's support through a very challenging period for the Company and thank him on behalf of the Board for all his hard work for the Company."
