As previously announced on 25 April 2019 Cobham plc confirms that Jamie Pike has today succeeded Mike Wareing as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

In consequence of his appointment as Chairman of the Board Jamie Pike will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee.

Mike Wareing has stepped down as a director of the Company effective 1 July 2019.
