John Menzies plc - Appointment of Group Finance Director

John Menzies plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Paula Bell as Group Finance Director.

Paula joins from Ricardo plc, a global multi-industry consultancy, where she held the post of Group Finance Director for over six years. 

During her time at Ricardo she has played an important role in the successful strategic evolution and growth of the business and helped drive strong cost and cash management.

Her career to date has included senior positions at Rolls Royce, AWG Plc and BAA Gatwick where she has built up significant experience in leading international finance functions, leading on business development and acquisition activity and overseeing investor relations programmes. She is also a Non-executive Director of Laird plc where she chairs the Audit Committee.

Paula will join after agreeing a mutually acceptable departure date with her current employer.
