Future Board Change
The Company announces that Kath Cates, Non-executive Director, has indicated her intention not to seek re-election as a director of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in February 2021. As a result, she will be stepping down from the Board of the Company after that meeting.
Kath was appointed to the Board in December 2014 and is retiring after 6 years. She is Chair of the Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination and Audit Committees.
