("Amiad" or "the Company") Directorate Change Amiad, a producer and global supplier of automated water filters and filtrationsystems for the industrial & municipal and the irrigation markets, announcestoday that Kibbutz Amiad ("the Kibbutz"), the controlling shareholder ofthe Company, has today given notice to the Company that Mr. Yosef Rokah, adirector of the Company and the chairman of the Kibbutz, will be stepping downfrom his position as chairman of the Kibbutz and, as a consequence, as adirector of the Company. The date upon which Mr. Rokah's resignation as a director of the Company willtake effect has not yet been finalised. Accordingly, he will continue to serveas a director of the Company until the Kibbutz nominates a replacement for him.
