John Wood Group PLC ('Wood Group') - Directorate change (LR 9.6.11) Wood Group confirms that Mike Straughen has advised that he intends to retirefrom the Board during 2014. The Board have asked him to take oversight of theGroup's HSE activities in the interim. Mike will therefore join the Board'sSafety & Assurance committee, replacing Trish Sentance, Group Head of HSE, whois leaving the Group to pursue other opportunities. As part of the planned transition arrangements, Group CEO, Bob Keiller, willassume direct responsibility for Wood Group Engineering. These changes take effect from 1 October 2013.
