Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Urban&Civic plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Holland as Independent Non-Executive Director to take effect following the Annual General Meeting on 6 February 2020. Bill will be appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee and Ian Barlow will step down as Chair of the Audit Committee, both with effect from 6 February 2020. Ian will continue to hold the position of Senior Independent Director. 

Bill is a former partner of KPMG, where he had audit responsibility for a number of major housebuilding and property company clients. He is a non-executive director of CLS Holdings plc and non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Ground Rents Income Fund plc.
