Spice Holdings PLC06 September 2006 6th September 2006 Spice Holdings plc Directorate Change Spice Holdings plc ("Spice" or "the Company") will be announcing during itsAnnual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held today at 2pm, that NickRodgers is stepping down as a non-executive director of Spice with immediateeffect following his appointment as chief executive of Ipso Ventures Limited.Spice is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Shallow, aged 51, as anon-executive director with effect from 20 September 2006. Michael is achartered accountant and non executive director and chairman of the auditcommittee of Britvic plc and Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc. Michael will alsobecome chairman of Spice's audit committee as well as a member of the Company'sremuneration and nominations committees. Previously, Michael was financedirector of Greene King plc between 1991 and 2005 and prior to this held seniorpositions with Accenture and Woolworth. No further disclosures are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIMRules.
