Board Change
The Company announces that Grahame Whateley, Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board with effect from 31st December 2011.
Grahame was Executive Chairman of Arden Partners, from its inception in 2002 until 2006, and has been a Non-Executive Director since the Company was admitted onto AIM in 2006.
The Board would like to recognise Grahame's significant contribution to Arden and to wish him a happy and healthy retirement.
