Board Appointment
The Directors of Manx Financial are pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan ("John") Ian Banks as a non-executive director to the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Banks, aged 45, is a solicitor qualified in both England and Hong Kong. After having worked as an in-house lawyer at Standard Chartered Bank, he worked as legal counsel to Brightside Group PLC where he worked on the group's admission to trading on AIM. He then joined Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited, and was appointed a director in 2013.
