2 May 2012 Hogg Robinson Group plc (`HRG', `the Group' or `the Company') BOARD CHANGE APPOINTMENT OF NEW GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR
Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Harrison as Group Finance Director.
Philip was previously Group Finance Director at VT Group PLC (`VT'), where hespent three years prior to VT's acquisition by Babcock International Plc.Before joining VT, Philip was at Hewlett Packard where he was VP Finance forEurope, Middle East and Africa. His earlier career included seniorinternational finance roles at Compaq, Rank Xerox and Texas Instruments.Philip will join the Company on 11 June. Following a short handover, he willjoin the Board as an Executive Director and formally succeed Julian Steadman asGroup Finance Director when Julian steps down from the Board upon hisretirement at the conclusion of the Company's AGM in July.
