32Red Plc24 October 2006 32 Red PLC ("the Company") Board Appointment 32Red Plc is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Martin Saunders(aged 46) in the role of Trading Director, with immediate effect. Martin willtake responsibility for online sportsbook trading both for the 32Red sportsbookand for UK bookmaker BetDirect for which he will undertake a review of pricingand liability management strategy. Directorships in the last five years: Ladbrokes International Limited (Gibraltar)Match-Ups Limited (Gibraltar) The Company confirms that the first of these directorships is no longer held,that the second company is inactive and that there are no further disclosures tobe made in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules. The Company has been informed that Mr Saunders, acquired 30,000 ordinary sharesin the Company at 87 pence per share on 23rd October 2006. On 21st October 2006, the Company granted options over 250,000 ordinary sharesto Mr Saunders, under the 32Red share option plan at an exercise price of 86pper ordinary share. The options will vest provided Mr Saunders remains incontinuous employment with the Company up to the 21st October 2009. Theoptions will lapse on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. In addition, the Company granted a further option over 30,000 ordinary shares toMr Saunders under an option agreement at an exercise price of 0.02p per ordinaryshare, being their nominal value.
