Rexam PLC08 February 2006 Rexam Deputy Chairman steps down Rexam, the global consumer packaging company and the world's leading beveragecan maker, announces that Chris Clark, Deputy Chairman of Rexam and SeniorIndependent Director, is to step down today from Rexam as he approaches thecompletion of his three-year term. Commenting, Rolf Borjesson, Rexam's Chairman, said: "We fully understand Chris'decision to step down and the timing constraints associated with managing hisother three Chairmanship roles. I would like to thank him for his contributionto Rexam and, on behalf of the Board, wish Chris all the best for the future."
