Directorate Change: Retirement of Brian Mehigan from the Board of Directors of the Company
On 1 October 2018 the Company announced that Mr Brian Mehigan had transitioned to the role of Chief Strategy Officer and intended to step down from the Board of Directors at year end.
The Company wishes to confirm that Mr Brian Mehigan has retired as an Executive Director of the Company effective today.
