DCD Media plc, the independent TV production and distribution group, announces that David Elstein, non executive chairman of the Group since 2005, has stepped down from the board with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests. The board will begin its process of recruiting a new chairman immediately and looks forward to making a further announcement when appropriate.
