The Board intends to appoint Ron Baron as an Executive Director fulfilling therole of Chief Investment Officer. Ron has extensive investment management and M&A experience. He served during 2001-2006 as Member of the Management in BankLeumi, Switzerland and was responsible for Portfolio Management activity. Priorto that he worked for five years as a lawyer, advising on Banking issues and M&Atransactions in Israel. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and an LLB(law) and BA (economics) from Tel Aviv University.
