DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

Equiniti Group Plc ("EQ" or "the Group"), an international technology-led services and payments specialist, announces that after six years as Chief Financial Officer, John Stier has advised the Directors of his intention to step down and retire from the Company.

Accordingly, the Board will undertake a recruitment process to identify his successor. John will remain in his role until the process is completed and a smooth handover implemented.

We are very grateful to John for all his hard work and commitment to the Company, including during the IPO in 2015. We anticipate a smooth transition between John and his successor and will provide a further update on this process in due course.
