Fairpoint Group plc - Directorate Change
Fairpoint Group plc ("Fairpoint" or "the company") announces that Andrew Redmond, non executive Deputy Chairman, has resigned from his role and the board with effect from 28th April 2009. Matthew Peacock, Chairman of Fairpoint, said; "I would like to thank Andrew, a founder of the company, for his invaluable contribution in building up the market leading position of Fairpoint and his continuing support as a significant shareholder of the company".
