Fairpoint announces that Charles Mindenhall has resigned from the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Commenting on his decision, Mr Mindenhall said:

"The executive team and Chairman have done a comprehensive job turning the business around over the last two years. I am confident the future of the business is in safe hands under their guidance and leadership."
