Derek Mapp appointed Chairman

Huntsworth, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Mapp as a Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of its Board with effect from 1 December 2014.

Mr Mapp has held a number of senior public company board positions and is also a serial entrepreneur, having founded the Tom Cobleigh pub chain and Leapfrog Nurseries. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of the FTSE 250 media company Informa plc, Non-Executive Chairman of Salmon Developments Limited and Executive Chairman of Imagesound Limited.

Andy Boland, a Non-Executive Director of Huntsworth, said:
