Corvus Capital Inc08 January 2007 8 January 2007 Corvus Capital Inc ("Corvus Capital" or "the Company") Directorate Corvus Capital Inc announces that Graham Butt, Non-Executive Director, hastendered his resignation from the Board of the Company in order to focus hisattention on his role as Chief Executive of Commoditrade Inc. ("Commoditrade").The board of Corvus wish him well in his venture and have accepted thisresignation which will take immediate effect. On 7th December 2006, Commoditrade made an announcement in which it confirmedthat it is in preliminary discussions with a number of parties regarding apossible offer for Commoditrade. Corvus Capital Inc holds 20.2 per cent of theissued share capital of Commoditrade.
