APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND DIRECTOR DECLARATION
The Company announces that Lloyd Marshall was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company on 13 April 2016.
Mr Marshall is the Finance Director of Marshall Monteagle PLC and has extensive investment management experience. He is a non-executive director of London Finance & Investment Group P.L.C., which owns 44% of the Company.
The Company further announces that Edward Beale, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive director of London Finance & Investment Group P.L.C. on 13 April 2016.
