The Board of Tejoori announces that Talal Khouri resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 5 July 2008. Talal Khouri was appointed to the board of Tejoori with effect from 5 April 2008 but resigned shortly thereafter to concentrate on other business interests. His resignation was not announced at the time due to an administrative oversight.
