The board of Blancco Technology Group plc (AIM: BLTG) announces the resignation of Philip Rogerson as a director of the Company with immediate effect, for health reasons.
Philip joined the board in March 2017 and served as remuneration committee chair until February this year. He was also the Senior Independent Director.
The board wishes to place on record its grateful thanks to Philip for his unstinting support for the Company and his diligence, professionalism and good humour in carrying out his role.

"Philip joined the board when I became Chair and his backing and wise counsel through some initial challenging times were invaluable. We shall miss his presence on the team and wish him all the best for the future."
