Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
As previously announced, Peter Southby has succeeded Phillip Woodrow as Chief Financial Officer of EMIS Group plc ("EMIS Group" or "the Group"). Peter joins the Group with effect from 1 October 2012. Phillip will continue to be an Executive Director during the hand over period.
The previously announced list of directorships/partnerships in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Peter Southby remains unchanged.
