Nasstar PLC06 December 2007 6 December 2007 Nasstar plc Board changes Nasstar plc ("Nasstar" or "the Group") (AIM: NASA) which provides on-demandcomputing is pleased to announce the appointment of Maurice Anthony Eve FCA asFinance Director of the Group with immediate effect. Tony, aged 53, qualified as a chartered accountant in 1981. Tony established hisown practice in 1992 to provide business and taxation advice. In 1996 and aspart of his practice, Tony advised on the AIM flotation and joined the board ofHighams Systems Services Group plc, an IT contractor and recruitment agency.Tony subsequently sold the practice in 2003 although he remained on the board ofHighams Systems Services Group plc until May 2007. Tony's services are to be provided under a contract for services with FDSolutions. Under the terms of the contract the Group will pay for the servicesat an agreed daily rate. As a result the Group will contract for Tony to worksuch time as the Board consider necessary and appropriate in order that theduties as Finance Director of the Group are properly fulfilled.
