Frenkel Topping Group PLC27 April 2006 Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") The Company announces the resignation of David Hannis as non-executive directorwith immediate effect. David has been with the Company since the Company'sshares were admitted to trading on AIM in July 2004 and has resigned toconcentrate on his other business interests. The directors will be looking toappoint another non-executive director in the near future. The Company also announces the appointment of Julie Ann Dean (nee Gorse) FCCA,aged 30, as Finance Director with immediate effect. Julie joined the company inNovember 2005 from The Caudwell Group.
