Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Arrow Global Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Gillian Lesley Key-Vice has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 28 October 2013. 

Between 2001 and April 2013, Mrs Key-Vice held a number of roles at Experian, including most recently the head of regulatory developments for EMEA. Before joining Experian, she was a senior manager of group credit risk at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and prior to that held a number of roles at NatWest including group head of credit scoring and senior manager of credit scoring systems. Mrs Key-Vice is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Management and is currently a director of GKV Limited, a company that provides consultancy to the financial services and credit reporting industry. 

On the appointment, Jonathan Bloomer, Chairman of the Company, said, "We are delighted to welcome Gillian to the Board. Her extensive experience in the credit reporting industry will be a significant addition to the Board's expertise."

The Company confirms that there is no information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13.
