Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Group") Directorate and Management Changes
Ra'anana, Israel -- 05 January 2009: The Board of Emblaze announces that Ms. Hadas Gazit-Kaiser is to move from the post of chief financial officer and member of the board of directors of the Group to become the chief financial officer of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. , a leading provider of multiple-mode application platform solutions and business and process integration solutions, and a subsidiary of Formula Systems in the Emblaze Group of companies.
Mr. Nir Feller, who has been acting as director of finance of the Group for the past two years, will assume the Group's financial responsibilities as VP Finance of Emblaze. Mr. Feller holds an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University, a BA in economics and accounting and is a certified public accountant in Israel. Prior to his role as the Group's director of finance, Mr. Feller served as the Group controller. Mr. Feller joined Emblaze from Publicis Arieli Advertising, a subsidiary of Publicis Group , the world's fourth largest communications group, where he served as controller. Prior to his position with the Publicis Group, Mr. Feller worked at BDO Israel (Ziv Haft Accountants) where he acted as an accountant from 1996 until 2000.
Naftali Shani, co-founder and chairman of Emblaze said: "The board of Emblaze would like to thank Ms. Gazit-Kaiser for her valuable contribution to the Group.
