Director and company secretary changes

blur Group plc (AIM:BLUR), the market-leading Indirect Spend Management platform, announces that Mr. Tim Allen has stepped down from the blur Group board as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with immediate effect. James Porter the Group's financial controller will assume the role of Interim finance lead.

In addition, Antonia Power, blur's in-house legal counsel, has been appointed as Company Secretary.

Antonia joined blur Group in July 2015 as General Counsel, having over 10 years' experience as a corporate commercial solicitor and in-house counsel.
