Georgina Harvey - Appointment to Superdry Plc and resignation from William Hill PLC
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that Georgina Harvey, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a Non-executive Director of Superdry Plc and Chair of Superdry's Remuneration Committee, with effect from 29 July 2019.
As a result of this additional responsibility and as Georgina Harvey approaches the end of her nine year tenure at William Hill PLC ('William Hill'), Georgina has informed the Company that she will step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of William Hill, with effect from 9 October 2019 and from the Board of William Hill, with effect from 31 December 2019.
The Board has agreed that Lynne Weedall, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company will succeed Georgina Harvey as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 9 October 2019. Lynne Weedall is the current serving chair of the Remuneration Committee of Greene King plc, a role she has performed since 2013.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11R and LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, William Hill confirms that Georgina Harvey will receive payment of fees for service whilst a Director but no other remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made in connection with her departure.

1. Fees
As Chair of the Remuneration Committee of William Hill PLC, in addition to her Non-Executive Director base fee of £55,000 per annum, Lynne Weedall will receive an additional fee of £18,000 per annum.
