Grant of Sharesave Options to a Director

Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, the "Company"), announces that it was yesterday notified that Brian McArthur-Muscroft, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has elected to make the maximum individual employee contribution permitted under the Paysafe Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme").

Participation in the Scheme has been offered to all Company employees meeting the eligibility criteria. Under the Scheme, in return for a monthly saving commitment, participants receive a share option over ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Shares") in the Company at a fixed discount to the prevailing market price.

Accordingly, Brian McArthur-Muscroft received an option over 6,000 Shares on this basis. The option has been granted at a price of 300p per Share and vests after 3 years.
